Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must clear in full before an order is released for dispatch. All prices are shown in United States dollars.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared during business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to destinations within the United States. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
A flat shipping rate applies to standard United States orders. Complimentary standard shipping is applied automatically to orders over $95 before tax. The applicable rate is always displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
Packaging & Handling
Products are packed under controlled conditions in protective, temperature-conscious packaging appropriate to the material. Packaging is unbranded and discreet.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking reference is issued by email once your order is dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Delivery Problems
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will investigate with the carrier.
