How we process payments, prepare orders and deliver research materials across the United States.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept Zelle and Venmo. Your order begins processing once payment is received. Payment must clear in full before an order is released for dispatch. All prices are shown in United States dollars.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Saturday shipping may also be available depending on USPS operating hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available shipping day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to destinations within the United States. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
A flat shipping rate applies to standard United States orders. Complimentary standard shipping is applied automatically to orders over $150 before tax. The applicable rate is always displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
Packaging & Handling
Products are packed under controlled conditions in protective, temperature-conscious packaging appropriate to the material. Packaging is unbranded and discreet.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days; however, delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.
Delivery Problems
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will investigate with the carrier.
